I would like to get more information please. My 9 year old has never been in tumbling and really wants to be – she cannot even do a proper cartwheel. Any help would be appreciated. She wants to go somewhere where she won’t feel silly for not being able to do a cartwheel at her age. Do you recommend a specific class for her?

    Thank you so much!

      Rebeca,

It is never too late to start! We have plenty of people start out around her age and even older… so she doesn’t need to feel silly at all. The best classes for her would be Monday 7-8, Tuesday 7-8, or Thursday from 6-7. Come in and give it a try; the first class is always free! We look forward to seeing you and your daughter at the gym!

Hi there! My 12 year old son is very interested in beginning parkour. Are your classes specialized for kids? If so, what is the schedule and cost, and what would they need to wear? Thanks so much!

      Alina,

Thank you for your interest in UPA. Yes, our parkour classes are specialized for kids… so they can learn parkour in a safe environment. Does your son have any experience? We have a couple different classes that we offer. They are as follows:
      Beginner: Tuesdays 7-8 pm
      Beginner/Intermediate: Wednesdays 5:30-6:30 pm
      Advanced: Wednesdays 6:30-7:30 pm
It is $8 per time o $30 per month. You first class is free! He would need to wear something that he can move easily in, so something like basketball shots and a t-shirt would work great. Let me know if you have any other questions! You can contact us at 801-870-2533.
